Offering an exciting and energetic dance fitness class designed for, but not exclusive to, women. An all over body work out consisting of cardio fitness and resistance training.

It is a medium to high intensity fitness class helping you to burn calories, tone up and tighten all those problem areas from top to bottom. We do all this whilst incorporating token showgirl elements. With new routines coming every 10 weeks, it keeps your brain active whilst listening to fabulous music and having fun!
